Senior Account Manager | Permanent | Global Advertising Agency
Our client is an integrative, progressive and influential agency, in Sydney at the top of their game, building and creating holistic brand experiences with consumer satisfaction as the back bone of their every thought process.

A multinational corporation, this business spans across 43 countries around the world that drive digital, social and in store marketing solutions over an enormous portfolio of clients.

Due to their fast tracked progression and success rate within the market they are now seeking a talented Senior Account Manager to join the team to aid in the development and deliverance of achieving thought provoking and strategically led campaigns of one of the biggest tech brands in the world.

Supporting the Business and Managing Director you will be responsible for the following:

•Management of Senior-Level Clients
•Building and managing a strategic partnership with clients across all categories and brand.
•Overall schedule management by each project stage and report to team manager
•Effective crisis control and management
•Management of all agencies on the specific piece of business
•Development of strategic and creative solutions
•Leading the process to write and execute client development plans for Key Client Relationships
•Continuously identifying client needs and creating business development opportunities.
•Creating cross-functional synergies in the development and execution of campaign plans, timelines and project plans,
•Developing and managing project finances, including budgets, reconciliations/job profitability and account forecasting
•Providing clear direction, delegation of responsibility and set performance expectations for others' behavior and approach to getting the job done

To be successful for the role you must demonstrate the following:

•Integrated marketing experience and exposure to retail activations
•Strong understanding of Communication and Advertising Industry, communication vehicles and tools in the development and execution of strategy and evaluation of communication
and creative effectiveness.
•Expert skills in writing and presenting and articulation of campaign development and execution
•Excellent business and financial acumen including evidence of revenue and GM growth.
•Outgoing, energetic and positive personality
•Proactive, positive and can-do attitude
•Great communicator - excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Inspires great creative thinking and pushes boundaries of the norm
•Challenges the norm and loves a challenge
•Inquisitive and pro-active
•Self-motivated and able to manage small to large projects
•Organised and able to plan and problem solve
•Conscientious and punctual
•Team player!

You will also possess:

•Tertiary level qualification . BA Degree or above.
•7+ years min. in a similar role – integrated agency experience preferred
•Proven track record in growing accounts, winning new business/pitches in ATL/digital
•Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
•Integrated marketing experience and exposure to
retail activations preferable
