Artisan is working with a video production company in Sydney. Who create all types of videos for all types of businesses.

They are growing quickly and now are on the hunt for an amazing person to fill a vital role within the business.

They are looking for an account manager, production coordinator and production manager to develop and maintain great relationships with clients and oversee our shooters, editors and animators to see all video projects from start to finish.

The person in this role will be the nucleus and at the heart of everything we do. You will be in charge of managing each video project from the very beginning to the very end. You will be the key account manager for all clients, ensuring their customer experience is second to none.

The successful candidate is someone who loves being in charge, enjoys responsibility, is a genius multitasker, is incredibly organised and is a superb communicator.

This role will:
• Give you the freedom to act autonomously
• Put you in charge of a team
• Give you sole responsibility of all projects from start to finish
• Let you build great relationships with new and existing clients

You will be:
•Working closely with the business owner to meet key business development goals
•Managing relationships and sales of existing and future clients
•Organising each video project from pre-production to post production
•Liaising with clients to discuss and understand their requirements and feedback
•Finding creative solutions to meet and surpass each client’s needs
•Organising internal and external workers to get each project finished to a high standard
•Ensuring projects are delivered to spec on time and within budget

You should:
•Be one that prefers to work autonomously, proactively and is not afraid to take charge
•Have a huge attention to detail
•Be a superb communicator over email, the phone and in person
•Be solution orientated and have a bright, happy and positive attitude
•Be able to think creatively


The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail, be motivated, be thorough with their work, be a great communicator and be able to work autonomously. The successful candidate will need to be able to respond dynamically to a range of different situations, prioritise conflicting tasks and thrive on responsibility.

Previous experience in similar roles is essential. Salary based on experience.
