An award-winning independent digital agency who help business stay ahead of their competition through developing apps, building websites and designing products to make a true difference to their client’s businesses.

They work with Australia’s leading organisations in sectors such as NFP, Education, Government, Telecommunications, and Utilities.

They are passionate about enhancing their client’s digital presence in new innovative and exciting ways.


THE ROLE

As the Senior Account Manager, you will play an integral role within the agency by servicing existing clients, scoping projects and quoting on inbound sales inquiries whilst developing new revenue streams.

You will be based in their Melbourne studio where you will work closely with the leadership team and Managing Director to help support the agency’s strategy, growth, and development.

You will have a close relationship with multiple internal teams and existing clients at once, so a collaborative, innovative and problem-solving mentality is key for this role.


YOUR BACKGROUND

You will likely already be working within a Digital Agency and possess strong Account Management, Digital Project Management or Digital Sales skills.

You will have an understanding or strong appreciation of web design, web development and online marketing such as SEO, SEM and Social Media advertising.

You’ll have experience in managing multiple accounts and projects you will need to be commercially minded and a self-starter.

Most importantly you will want to help further build an already successful agency, create growth streams and contribute to an exciting, collaborative and energetic environment.
