Digital Account Manager (Midweight)
This independent advertising agency are enjoying an impressive rate of growth and boast some of the biggest client names around. Due to their growth they’ve created a brand new role for a Digital Account Manager.

Dovetailing with a Senior DAM you’ll be servicing your own portfolio of clients from various industries incl tourism, property, beauty + more

You’ll be working closely with clients on briefs incl website design & builds, PPC, SEO & Social campaigns.

This is a pure Account Management role that doesn’t include new business responsibilities.

As an Account Manager your key responsibilities will include:

- Building and strengthening client relationships over the phone and face to face
- Developing, defining and scoping projects
- Assist with estimations and quotes for projects

Skills and Experience required:

- 2+ years' experience in Agency Account Management
- Comprehensive understanding of PPC, SEO, Social, and digital marketing platforms such as Facebook and Adword campaigns
- Google Analytics / AdWords / Facebook Ads Manager competent 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to understand site usability, wireframes, architecture and functionality
- Be efficient, accurate and organised
- Be flexible - be ready to adapt
- Good technical understanding (concepts rather than coding)
- Exceptional time management skills
