Digital Account Manager - Advertising Agency

This rapidly growing advertising agency are looking to hire their very first Digital Account Manager who can harness relationships with their existing client base to maximise revenue and potential.

Reporting directly to the CEO you will be working with an assigned portfolio of clients that generate in excess of $800k annually.

Using your knowledge of the agency’s suite of products you will harness your relationships with your clients, responding to new digital campaign requests that come through whilst looking to maximise new business opportunities that may include: Web build projects, Web design, digital marketing, social and content campaigns.


As an Account Manager your key responsibilities will include:

- Building and strengthening client relationships over the phone and face to face
- Presenting solutions to clients face to face
- Developing, defining and scoping projects
- Assist with estimations and quotes for projects


Skills and Experience required:

- 3+ years' experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns
- Comprehensive understanding of web design, web development, digital marketing and social media advertising
- Google Analytics / AdWords / Facebook Ads Manager competent 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be efficient, accurate and organised
- Be flexible - be ready to adapt
- Good technical understanding (concepts rather than coding)
