Registration & Getting Started
How do I register with Artisan?
Registration is quick and easy. Enter your email, fill in the registration form, and one of our consultants will contact you. If you’re already registered, you’ll receive an email to update your folio, resume, or skills. We use secure two-factor email authentication to protect your data.
What is Quick Apply?
Quick Apply is a simplified registration process. You provide basic details first, then complete your full profile. This is perfect for candidates who want to get started quickly while still ensuring your full profile is captured for opportunities.
Finding Work & Assignments

How do I stay updated on new roles?
You can receive our “Bounty Ads” email alerts, check our website, and follow us on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Ensure your profile is always up to date so we can match you with the right opportunities.
Can I work with other agencies while registered with Artisan?
Absolutely. We encourage proactive job searching and working with multiple agencies, as long as you communicate any conflicts or prior engagements to your Artisan consultant.
On Assignments
What should I do when I’m on assignment?
Maintain regular communication with your Artisan consultant. Follow your client’s brief, report any issues, and take initiative during downtime. Keep your folio and resume updated, and provide timely feedback to your consultant.
What are timesheets, and how do I submit them?
Timesheets track your hours worked. At the end of each week, submit them via our partner platform, RecruitHero. Timesheets are approved by your client supervisor and then processed for payment. You can learn more here: RecruitHero Timesheet Guide
How do breaks, downtime, and overtime work?
Take regular screen breaks every 30 minutes. By law, you must take a 30-minute break every 5 hours worked. If working beyond agreed hours, follow client guidance on overtime and notify your Artisan consultant.
Representation, Privacy & Confidentiality
Can I accept a direct offer from a client?
Once we introduce you to a client, Artisan represents you for 12 months. Any direct offers from the client within that period must go through Artisan. This ensures your representation is clear and professional.
How is my personal information protected?
We only share your folio, resume, and profile with your permission. Financial information is never shared or stored by us and our systems are secured to comply with privacy best practices.
What support can I expect from my Artisan consultant?
Your consultant will guide you through interview prep, assignments, updates to your folio/resume, and any challenges on assignment. They are your main contact for questions, feedback, and career support.
